Refunds are not available within 14 days of the Programme start date unless required by law.

4. Programme Structure and Delivery

The Programme is delivered live online across four consecutive days.

Students are placed into Higher or Foundation streams. Each stream is capped at 12 students across all tiers to maintain teaching quality.

Teaching focuses primarily on AQA and Edexcel specifications due to substantial overlap in structure and content. Students following alternative exam boards will benefit from core skills and topic coverage, though exact paper formats may vary.

Sessions are not recorded.

Hannah’s Tutoring reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to content, tutors or scheduling where necessary.

5. Independent Work and 1 to 1 Sessions

Daily structured independent work is provided to all students.

Boost and Bespoke tiers include additional 1 to 1 sessions as outlined in the relevant product description.

1 to 1 session allocation may be adjusted between subjects based on student needs and tutor availability.

Marking is capped and limited to the scope outlined for each tier. Unlimited marking is not included.

Failure to attend scheduled 1 to 1 sessions without reasonable notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

6. Participation and Online Delivery

The Programme is designed to be interactive and relies on active student participation.

Students are required to have a functioning microphone and be prepared to participate verbally during sessions.

Cameras should be on unless otherwise agreed in advance for safeguarding, privacy or technical reasons.

Where a Student repeatedly refuses to engage or participate appropriately, this may affect the quality of support received.

Hannah’s Tutoring is not responsible for reduced benefit where a Student chooses not to participate actively.

In cases of persistent non participation that significantly disrupts the learning environment, we reserve the right to remove the Student from the Programme without refund.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to attend punctually and behave respectfully during live sessions.

Hannah’s Tutoring reserves the right to remove a Student from the Programme where behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or unsafe. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.

8. Safeguarding

Hannah’s Tutoring operates in accordance with its Safeguarding Policy.

Tutors are appropriately vetted and sessions are delivered in a professional educational environment.

Parents remain responsible for appropriate supervision of the Student outside live teaching sessions and as they deem necessary during online delivery.

Any safeguarding concerns will be handled in accordance with the Safeguarding Policy.

9. Technical Requirements

Access to a stable internet connection and suitable device is required.

Hannah’s Tutoring is not responsible for disruption caused by individual technical issues outside its reasonable control.

10. No Guarantee of Results

The Programme is designed to support confidence, exam technique and preparation.

Individual academic results cannot be guaranteed.

Outcomes depend on attendance, engagement, prior knowledge and independent effort.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total fee paid for the Programme.

12. Force Majeure

Hannah’s Tutoring shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, internet outages, technical failure, natural disasters or government restrictions.

In such circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected sessions.
